Terry Coatney was way more than a Realtor/Sales Agent for the sale of our estate home. His efforts continued for months after the closing. We had trouble getting the remaining balance due on the property from the title company after the closing. Terry continued to follow up with us on the status of payment. His personal recommendation on an attorney was the reason we were paid in full for the sale. We cannot thank him enough for his dedication, professionalism, and efforts to sell our property at the requested price. Again, Thank you Terry for everything.
